Mechanical Engineering        High School Math & Science Teacher

Update: 5/2017 I've managed to survive my bout with cancer (11 years cancer free), although the extended side effects of the treatment continue to haunt: "Radiation, the gift that keeps on giving." I'm now ten years into my teaching career. I've been a high school math and science teacher for an "at risk" population of boys here in the greater Boston area for the past six years. It keeps me active and on my toes. Trying to engage kids with such underwhelmed backgrounds can be quite challenging on numerous fronts. My family is doing well; we spend a considerable amount of time at our place on Cape Cod from May through November. I still speak regularly with John Crossin, my roommate for all four years at the Tute; he's also doing well.
